How to maintain the industrial floor washing machine in the workshop

During operation, the floor scrubber in the workshop absorbs the water mixture containing sludge, which easily accumulates in the water tank and emits an unpleasant smell. Therefore it is very necessary to clean the water tank with running water.
2. Empty the clean water tank, especially not when cleaning is performed every day, otherwise the stagnant water will become a source of bacteria. Cleaning the water-absorbing filter sometimes produces some sediment, which weakens the absorbing effect.
3. Check whether there are residual particles of garbage on the squeegee rubber strip; if necessary, clean the rubber strip and suction port with flowing water.
4. Regularly check the wear of the brush plate and absorbent strips of the floor washer in the workshop. Especially when the floor washer is used on cement floors, the brush plate and strips will wear out faster.
5. Check the water absorption filter regularly. Sometimes, the filter will be blocked due to small water impurities, which will affect the outflow of water during the cleaning process.
Clean the suction pipe connected to the squeegee; even local obstructions can weaken the water-absorbing effect of a workshop floor scrubber.
