(3) When the battery is in use and during charging, the mouth of the electric bottle cap should be kept closed.
(4) To prolong the service life of the battery, the discharge capacity of the battery should not exceed 80% of the international capacity.
(5) Long-period batteries should be regularly charged in a balanced way. Balanced charging is a low current and delayed charging after normal charging. This delayed charging is beneficial to keep the voltage balance between the battery blocks. Frequently used electric bottles should be recharged once a week. If an automatic charger is used, after the normal charging is completed, disconnect the charger, and then reconnect it to power on, so that the delayed charging can be carried out.
(6) The voltage of the battery system composed of parallel connection or series connection shall be consistent with the voltage of the charger. If the voltage of the charger is lower than that of the battery system, it will never fully charge the battery. On the other hand, if the voltage of the charger is too high, the battery will overheat and produce a large number of bubbles when charging, and in serious cases, explosion or other damage will occur.
(7) Long-term storage and non-use are extremely harmful to lead-acid batteries. If long-term storage is inevitable, we suggest:
A) fully charge the battery before storage.
B) Remove all battery connecting wires.
C) Try to store the battery in a cool environment, but at the same time, pay attention to the temperature should be above zero degrees Celsius. The stored battery will discharge slowly, and the lower the temperature, the slower the discharge.
